Free Flow plate heat exchangers are designed with no metal to metal contact between adjacent plates so that large
particles may pass through the wide flow channels without impediment.
Available in a range of models with gap sizes between plates from 5 to 11 mm, PCI Free Flow plates optimize
performance and equipment costs for processes that would otherwise plug conventional plate heat exchangers. Plates are available in
stainless steel, titanium and other specialty alloys, gaskets in NBR, EPDM and Viton.
